تعلن شركة شبكة المعرفة للحاسب الآلي عن قرار مجلس ادارتها بتاريخ ١٤٤٧/٥/١٩هـ الموافق ٢٠٢٥/١١/١٠م بالموافقة على الخطة المقترحة من إدارة الشركة للانتقال من السوق الموازي (نمو) الى السوق الرئيسي وتعيين شركة أموال المالية كمستشار مالي لاستيفاء المتطلبات وتقديم طلب الانتقال بعد استكمال جميع المتطلبات لشركة تداول السعودية (السوق).
