Introduction	Further to the announcement of Alshehili Metal Industries Company on the Capital Market Tadawul website on 7/01/1448H corresponding to 22/06/2026G, related to the purchase order from Almarai Company, the Company clarifies the following: First: The company received a purchase order from Almarai Company worth SAR 11,785,256 (excluding VAT) forthe manufacture of 377 refrigerated trailers. Second: On Thursday 10/01/1448H corresponding to 25/06/2026G, the Company received a notice from Almarai Company to reduce the number of trailer manufacturing "referred to in the first one – from 377 refrigerated trailers to 304 refrigerated trailers", which indicates the cancellation of the manufacture of 73 refrigerated trailers, which is equivalent to 2,219,200 Saudi riyals (excluding VAT). Third: Reference to the first and second above, the approved purchase order shall be as follows: • Manufacture of 304 refrigerated trailers, valued at SAR 9,566,056 (excluding VAT).
