Mayar Holding Co. Announces that its subsidiary “Elevators Solution Investment Company” has established a New Company “Elevators Solution for Maintenance “specialized in Elevators and Escalators Maintenance.

The new company will specialize in elevator maintenance, after obtaining all required approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities.

The establishment of this new company is part of the company's strategy to expand its elevator and escalator maintenance business. As the current maintenance portfolio within its subsidiaries has grown to a significant scale, this supports the separation of the activity into an independent company, enabling it to operate as a standalone profit center and accelerate growth in this sector.
