Dubai Residential REIT acquired 220 townhouses at Jebel Ali Village for a forward purchase price of AED 894 million.
The acquisition consists of 80 three-bedroom and 140 four-bedroom units, bringing the total number of units added to the portfolio in the first half of 2026 to 276.
These new townhouses, combined with 56 recently acquired units in Garden View Villas, are projected to generate approximately AED 75 million in incremental revenue once stabilized.
The REIT is currently evaluating additional pipeline opportunities from Dubai Holding, including units in Dubai Science Park, Dubai Wharf, and The Acres community.
