1- Mr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Kobraish

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in the United States of America, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has over 23 years of professional experience during which he held several executive positions in the fields of internal audit, governance, and risk management. He currently serves as the Chief Audit Executive at the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI).

He also serves as a board and committee member in several companies, including:

• Board Member at Star Arabia Company

• Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Al-Dowayan Holding

• Board Member at Al-Sadhan Group

2- Mr. Saleh bin Abdulelah bin Saad Al-Drees

He holds two Master’s degrees: one in Data Science from the American University in the United States of America, and another in Business Administration from Georgetown University in the United States of America. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has over 11 years of professional experience during which he held several executive and financial positions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3-Mr. Salahuddin Jameel Kamel

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Al-Balqa Applied University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He has over 18 years of professional experience during which he held various executive and financial positions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as the Chief Financial and Investment Officer at Ithraa Holding. In addition, he is a member of several committees derived from the boards of other companies and serves on the boards of various financial and real estate funds.
