BOD meeting

Sukoon Insurance PJSC has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The board will review and consider the approval of the company's financial statements for the second quarter of 2026.
The agenda includes the review and approval of the Investment Policy Statement and the corporate Recovery Plan.
