Mr. Ahmed Basha has (25) years of distinguished professional experience in the financial field, having held several positions in financial management, internal audit, risk management, and governance. He also holds several academic degrees and specialized qualifications in finance:

- Bachelor of Accounting, 1999 – Tanta University, Egypt.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management, 2018 – University of Pennsylvania, USA.

- Training courses in Zakat and Value Added Tax.

- Training courses in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Training courses in International Standards for Internal Auditing (GIAS).

- Training courses in Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management (GRC).

- Training courses in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
