BOD meeting

Islamic Arab Insurance Company (SALAMA) will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 10:30 am.
The board is scheduled to elect the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board.
The agenda includes the restructuring of Board Committees in accordance with the company’s governance framework and applicable regulations.
The meeting will also address regular matters and any other business.
