Introduction	With reference to Ladun Investment Company’s announcement published on 01/03/2026 (corresponding to 12/09/1447H), which included the Company’s receipt of a number of raw land fee invoices for the years 2023, 2024, and 2026, respectively, and that the Company had submitted a request for exemption from these fees on the grounds that the criteria for applying the fees, as stipulated in the Executive Regulations for White Land and Vacant Property Fees, were not met. The Company is pleased to announce that objections to 8 invoices issued in 2026, with a total value of SAR 1,034,542.98, have been accepted, as the criteria for applying the fees under the Executive Regulations for raw Land and Vacant Property Fees were not met due to the development of the land and its sale to third parties prior to the issuance of the fees. Additionally, two invoices with a total value of SAR 497,943.33 have been settled, as they were paid by the buyers. Accordingly, the total value of the invoices that have been resolved amounts to SAR 1,532,486.31.

Latest Developments Of The Announced Event	The acceptance of objections has been issued for 8 invoices from those issued in 2026, with a total value of SAR 1,034,542.98, as the criteria for applying the fees under the Executive Regulations for Raw Land and Vacant Property Fees were not met due to the development of the land and its sale to third parties prior to the issuance of the fee.
