Horizon Educational Co. announces the board of director’s decision to distribute cash dividends for First half of 2025/2026

The company wishes to inform its valued shareholders that dividend payments will commence on Sunday, March 15, 2026, via the payment agent, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa). We also draw the attention of non-resident foreign investors to the fact that cash distributions transferred through a resident financial intermediary are subject to a 5% withholding tax upon transfer or recording, in accordance with Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of its Implementing Regulations. The company urges its valued shareholders to update their information and ensure their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to guarantee timely dividend deposits.
