National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain (NBQ) has scheduled its third Board of Directors meeting of 2026 for Monday, April 27, 2026.
The meeting will be held at 09:00 AM at the bank's head office in Umm Al Qaiwain.
The board intends to discuss and approve ordinary agenda items that are expected to have no impact on the company's share price.
Results of the meeting will be disclosed to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange once the session is completed.
