Introduction	SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company (“SAL” or the “Company”) announces the signing of a contract with Contracting and Construction Enterprises Company Ltd. (“CCE”) for the execution of construction works related to the development of SAL’s Jeddah Station at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. The contract covers Phase 2 of the Jeddah Station Development Project, including new construction works, modifications to existing structures, ancillary facilities, and utilities, in accordance with approved plans and specifications. This contract comes as part of SAL's strategy to enhance the efficiency and reliability of its services through its ongoing efforts to develop its facilities to increase the operational capacity, and meet current and future operational requirements.
Project Start Date	The contract was signed on 19-07-1447 corresponding to 08-01-2026, and the construction work for the project will begin during the first quarter of 2026.
Project Cost	The total value of the contract amounts to SAR 232,989,098.51, excluding VAT.
Financing method for the project	The project will be financed through Sharia-compliant bank facilities, cash available at the Company, and other available financing programs.
Expected completion date of the project	It is expected that the construction works of the Project will be completed during the third quarter of 2028.
Expected Financial Impact of the Project on the Company’s Results	The financial impact of this project will positively be reflected following the completion of works and the commencement of operational activities at the Station.
The Start of the Expected Impact of the Project on the Company’s Results	The Project’s impact on the Company’s results is expected to begin when the Project is completed during the third quarter of 2028.
