| Announcement Detail | The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announces that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Thursday, 20 November 2025, has recommended amending the Company’s Articles of Association under Article “Management of the Company” to increase the number of Board members from seven (7) to nine (9). The Board based this recommendation on its desire to further enhance diversity in expertise, qualifications, and capabilities, and to broaden the range of skills in a manner that aligns with the Company’s current and growing scale, and contributes to advancing the Company’s strategic priorities and future expansion plans. The Company would like to clarify that it will complete all required regulatory procedures and obtain the necessary approvals from the competent authorities. This recommendation will be presented to the Extraordinary General Assembly at its upcoming meeting, the date of which will be announced later. |
