Dr. Owain passed away on the morning of Sunday, 12 April 2026, following a distinguished career marked by dedication, achievement, and meaningful contributions that played a vital role in supporting the Company’s progress and strengthening its strategic direction.

The late Dr. Owain was a visionary leader known for his insight, forward-thinking approach, and commitment to institutional excellence. He played a pivotal role in reinforcing corporate governance practices, supporting development and transformation initiatives, and was a key pioneer in advancing the olive cultivation project in the region—one of the Company’s strategic pillars for growth and sustainability, and a major contributor to its competitive position in the agro-industrial sector.

He was widely recognized for his professionalism, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to applying best governance practices and enhancing organizational performance in a manner that served the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
