Contract Details	The contract involves leasing a new educational complex located in the Al-Munsiyah district of Riyadh. The facility has a capacity of 2,200 students and will provide private (International) education services across all levels, including Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, and High School for both males and females. It also covers licensed educational, training, cultural, or sports activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throughout the contract term.
