Orascom Construction and Trojan Construction Holding have established a joint venture company named “EVERWATER.”
The new entity is dedicated to delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects across the region.
The disclosure was officially published on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (XADS) on May 18, 2026.
