Introduction	Keir International Company would like to inform its valued shareholders that it will not be able to publish its annual financial results and the Board of Directors’ report for the period ended 31 December 2025 on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) within the prescribed regulatory deadline.
The reason and obstacles for the inability to post the financial results within the legal period	Due to the ongoing audit of the annual financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2025, which has not been completed to date, the Company will publish the annual financial results on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) as soon as the audit is finalized.
A timetable for the procedures taken or to be taken by the company to post the financial results	The Company is currently working on finalizing the annual financial results, obtaining the audited financial statements and the final report from the external auditor, and convening the Audit Committee meeting to review the results and recommend them to the Board of Directors for approval, along with the Board of Directors’ report, with the aim of publishing the results within the prescribed regulatory timeframe.
The expected date for posting the financial results	within the prescribed regulatory period of (20) trading days, with a maximum deadline of 30 April 2026.
