In this context, the company clarifies that it is scheduled - God willing - to launch the branch, start operating it, and receive visitors starting from Thursday, Muharram 29, 1447 AH, corresponding to July 24, 2025 AD, under the name (Smile Care)

The opening of the second branch comes in line with the Board of Directors' expansion plan to strengthen the company's presence in the market, expand its customer base, and increase its market share in the medical sector, in line with the company's strategy for growth and achieving sustainable returns for shareholders

The company expects the financial impact of this expansion to become apparent starting in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, affirming its commitment to disclosing any relevant material developments as soon as they become available
