Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. Announces the Appointment of a Vice Chairman of the Board and the Appointment of a Member to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Appointment of Mr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Yassin Al‑Sheikh (Board Member – Independent) as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Appointment of Eng. Badr bin Hamed Al‑Awjan (Chairman of the Board – Independent) as a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

This is in succession to Dr. Rashid bin Rashid bin Saad bin Owain – may Allah have mercy on him – with these appointments to remain effective until the end of the current Board term.

The aforementioned appointments shall be effective as of the date of issuance of the Board resolution referred to above.

The Board of Directors extends its sincere wishes to Mr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Yassin Al‑Sheikh and Eng. Badr bin Hamed Al‑Ojaan for continued success and best of luck in their forthcoming duties.
