The Company is pleased to remind its esteemed shareholders that the E-Voting on the agenda items of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting will commence at 01:00 Monday’s early morning, 12 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447H, corresponding to 3 November 2025G, via Tadawulaty platform and will resume until the end of the General Assembly Meeting note that registration and voting in Tadawulaty services is available and free to all shareholders using the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa Shareholders are also informed that a live broadcast of the meeting will be available through the link provided on the Tadawulaty platform.
