GAS Arabian Services Co. signed a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco to provide In-Plant services across multiple technical disciplines.
The agreement has an initial duration of six years, with options for two extensions of three years each, potentially totaling 12 years.
Services provided include Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Communication, Painting, Civil, and Structural works.
The financial impact is dependent on future work orders and will be announced as material impacts occur.
