Introduction	With reference to the announcement made by Ayyan Investment Company (the "Company"), which was published on the Saudi Stock Exchange's (Tadawul) website on 16/11/1447H (corresponding to 03/05/2026G) in respect of the signing of an asset purchase agreement with Al-Othman Agricultural Production and Processing Company (Nada) (the “Agreement") for the purpose of acquiring a plot of land including the fixed and movable assets thereon (the "Assets") located in Al-Jawhara District in Al-Khobar, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, (the "Transaction"), the Company would like to announce the completion of all procedures and the transfer of Assets in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and applicable regulations. The financial impact is expected to appear in the financial statements starting from the second quarter of 2026G.
