Addendum Announcement from Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Co. in regards to the Formation of the Audit Committee.

Based on the Board of Directors' resolution to approve the formation of the Audit Committee on June 25, 2025, and the Insurance Authority's non-objection dated on July 16, 2025, the company would like to clarify the details of the Audit Committee members as follows:

1- Mr. Saleh Abdulrahman Al-Helaissi - Chairman of the Committee (Board Member - Independent)

Start of membership: July 16, 2025

Brief overview: He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas - USA in 1985, and academic certificates in several languages. He has served as Managing Director and CEO of several companies, and he's a former member of the Boards of directors and audit committees of several companies.

2- Mr. Firas Ghassab Al-Harbi - Committee Member (Independent from outside the Board)

Start of Membership: July 16, 2025

Brief Background: He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration - Finance and Accounting from the University of Chichester in the United Kingdom in 2018, master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Middle East University in Jordan in 2009, and bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Mutah University in Jordan in 1994. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of committees for several local and international companies, also the CEO and CFO of several companies. He holds professional certifications, also he’s a member of some Associations of Certified Public Accountants.

3- Mr. Khalid Mohammed Al-Bawardi - Committee Member (Independent from outside the Board)

Start of Membership: July 16, 2025

Brief Background: He holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from King Abdulaziz University in 2008. He has several senior positions in several listed entities and companies. Board member and committees member of several listed companies.
