Salama Cooperative Insurance Co. announces that voting period has begun on the terms of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, which includes the company's capital increase (First meeting)

Salama Insurance Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders the start of electronic voting (remote voting) on the Extraordinary general assembly agenda, which starts Wednesday morning at 01:00 AM dated 11/07/1447H corresponding to 31/12/2025G and until the vote collection committee concludes its work.

All shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty will be able to remotely vote on the EGM’s agenda items through the Tadawulaty website (www.tadawulaty.com.sa).

Please note that registration and voting on Tadawulaty service are provided free of charge for all shareholders. For more details on the electronic voting process, please refer to the shareholders’ manual for electronic voting, which is available on the website of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and attached.

It is worth noting that, according to Paragraph (n) of Article (3) of the Merger and Acquisition Regulations, a shareholder who holds shares in Salama Cooperative Insurance Company and in Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (“Enaya”) is not entitled to vote on resolutions relating to the Merger (as defined in the agenda below) except in the EGM of one of the companies, and in the event a shareholder votes in both EGMs, his vote will only be counted in one of them.
