Nominees for Board of Directors membership

United Foods Company announced the final list of 11 candidates for Board of Directors membership following the closure of the nomination period.
The voting process for the nominees will take place at the General Assembly Meeting scheduled for April 1, 2026.
The candidate list includes four nominees for Non-Executive, Non-Independent positions and seven nominees for Non-Executive, Independent positions.
