Contract Details	A lease contract for an existing building / commercial unit located on Al-Urubah Road in Riyadh, with a total area of 2,075 square meters, to fit out and operate a new fitness center under the Body Masters – Premium.
Contract Duration	A six-month rent-free grace period commences on 01/07/2026 for licensing and fit-out purposes; the paid lease term begins on 01/01/2027 and ends on 11/05/2036.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The positive financial impact of this project will begin upon completion of the fit-out works, obtaining the necessary licenses, and commencing operation of the fitness center. Any material developments regarding the project will be announced in due course.
