| Additional Information | The Zomin EOM Agreement signed with Uzsuvtaminot entails Enhancement Works and 25-year Operation and Maintenance services on the existing Zomin Water Treatment Plant, having a design treatment capacity of 50,000 m3/day. The Zomin EOM Agreement entry into force is subject to the issuance of the project-related Governmental Decree in accordance with applicable legislation, in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The total contract value is estimated at c. 105 million USD (equivalent to c. 395 million SAR). Final contract value is subject to the issuance of the aforementioned Governmental Decree. The financial impact is expected to have a positive reflection on the results upon the commencement of the operations which is expected in Q1 2027. Miahona continues to work on the rest of project pipeline outlined in the Addendum of the Development Agreement and will announce any material development in due course. |
