Contract Details	Under this contract Madinah Regional Municipality leased to Fakeeh Care Group a plot of land that measures 12,301 m² and is located on the intersection of Soliman Bin Abdelaziz Bin Utba Road and Fatima Bin Asad Bin Hashem Road. Fakeeh Care Group will create a medical college and a medical center on the land and operate them for a period of 50 years from sign off date.
Contract Duration	50 Years.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period	The financial impact of this contract is expected to start upon completion and operation of the project. The Group will duly announce the Financial Impact and any future material developments in this regard in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Additional Information	The Group aims to expand its current presence in Madinah into a Fakeeh Care Group multi-asset healthcare–education operation, expanding its hub and spoke model further in the western region of the Kingdom. As the Group already operates a tertiary hospital in a strategic location on Soultana Road in Madinah, adding a medical college and a medical center will turn the Group’s operations in Madinah into a complete Fakeeh Care Group node within its hub and spoke model — Primary care, training, and complex clinical exposure in one city.
