Dubai Residential REIT reported an 8.4% year-on-year revenue increase for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, with Gross Asset Value (GAV) reaching AED 23.8 billion.
The portfolio achieved an average occupancy rate of 98.9% and a tenant retention rate of 98.0% during the period.
Average revenue per leased square foot grew by 7.4% year-on-year to AED 58.9, supported by the addition of 56 villas in the Garden View Villas community.
The 220-unit Jebel Ali Village project is on track for completion in Q2 2026, with new additions expected to generate between AED 70 million and AED 80 million in additional annual revenue upon stabilization.
