| Announcement Detail | Further to the announcement dated 02-03-2026 regarding the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025 equivalent to 6.5% of capital "before the increase" to the company’s shareholders holding the shares at the close of trading on Sunday 10-05-2026 and registered in the company’s shareholders register with the Saudi Stock Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the record date, and pursuant to the approval of the Extraordinary General Assembly of the company’s shareholders held on 10-05-2026, Taiba is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders that dividends will be distributed as of Thursday 04-12-1447 AH corresponding to 21-05-2026 at the rate of SAR 0.65 per share, by automatically depositing them into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks. The Company urges shareholders to deposit any physical share certificates in their possession that were previously issued by the Company into their investment accounts by delivering them in person to their brokerage firms or to the Saudi Stock Depository Center (Edaa) and to notify the Company after deposit so that their entitled dividends may be paid.
