| Brief Resume of the Appointed Member | Bassam Ali Al-Dhabi is a Certified Public Accountant and Financial Consultant. He holds the American CPA and the Saudi SOCPA fellowships, and is a graduate of the Harvard Executive Program. He has extensive professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial advisory, and corporate governance. He has served as a board member and chaired audit committees for several companies. He began his career as a trainee accountant in the United States, then worked with KPMG in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and later held the position of Assistant Chief Financial Officer at DP World. He currently holds the position of CEO of BD Chartered Accountants and is the founder of SBC Office and Financial Consultants, in collaboration with Global Alliance. |
