OFOK Educational Co. Announces Contract Award with Digital Encyclopedia Trading Company

OFOK Educational Co. received a lease award for 6,188.59 m2 of land in the Al-Suwaidi district of Riyadh to construct and operate the Horizon International Schools complex.
The 25-year contract with Digital Encyclopedia Trading Company is valued at SAR 21,080,345 (excluding VAT), with an initial annual rent of SAR 739,000.
The agreement includes a two-year rent-free grace period and a 10% rental increase every five years.
