Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials (BILDCO) will hold its eighth board meeting of 2026 on Tuesday, May 12, at 16:00.
The board is scheduled to review and approve the audited financial statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.
The agenda includes a discussion on the feasibility of convening a General Assembly Meeting on June 6, 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
The meeting will also cover the approval of previous meeting minutes and the review of the Audit Committee report.
