| Additional Information | Key Notes: - The meeting shall be deemed valid only if unit‑owners representing at least 25 % of the total unit value are present. In addition, the resolution submitted for voting requires the approval of 75 % of the total units represented by their owners at the unit owners’ meeting - The purchase will be made through the Exchange, rather than a special transaction. - Treasury units that the Fund may acquire will have no voting rights at the unit‑holders’ meeting, nor shall it have entitlements to the Fund’s distributions - The execution of the Fund’s buy-back depends on market conditions and the unit price; therefore, the purchase decision rests at the discretion of the Fund’s manager and is not binding. |
