Addendum announcement from Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company regarding its interim financial results for the period ending on 31-03-2026 ( Three Months)

We draw attention to note 4 in the interim condensed financial information, which describes that the Company has accumulated losses of SAR 75.24 million as at 31 March 2026 which represents 32.7% of its share capital and that during period, the proposed merger with Salama Cooperative Insurance Company was not approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly. These events and conditions, along with the other matters set forth in note 4, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our conclusion is not modified in respect of this matter.
