Dubai Investments has increased its ownership in Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai (CMC Dubai) from 20% to 100% after acquiring the remaining 80% stake.
The transaction was completed through the Group's wholly owned subsidiary, Dubai Investments Industries, making the hospital a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group.
Located in Dubai Healthcare City, CMC Dubai is a tertiary care hospital operating more than 100 inpatient beds and has been in operation since 2020.
The acquisition is intended to provide Dubai Investments with enhanced strategic and operational flexibility to support the hospital's expansion and capitalize on long-term growth in the healthcare sector.
