LIVA Insurance Co. Announces the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting)

Shareholders of Liva Insurance Company approved the financial statements, Board of Directors report, and auditor’s report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on June 29, 2026.
Appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) and Crowe Solutions for Professional Consulting as external auditors for the second and third quarters and annual financial statements of 2026, and the first quarter of 2027.
Approved the determination of auditor remuneration at SAR 1,000,000 for PWC and SAR 390,000 for Crowe (excluding VAT).
Authorized multiple related party contracts for 2025, including reinsurance arrangements with Liva Insurance Group (SAR 9.9 million), motor insurance contracts with Riyad Bank (SAR 9.7 million), and a contact center management agreement with Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services (SAR 1.4 million).
