Amanat Holdings completed the 100% acquisition of Cambridge Health Group (CHG) by acquiring the final 10.03% stake for AED 105 million on June 19, 2026.
CHG reported FY2025 revenue of AED 404 million and EBITDA of AED 100 million, with Q1 2026 results showing a 27% increase in revenue and a six-fold increase in profit year-on-year.
The company plans to expand CHG’s current capacity of 715 beds to more than 1,000 beds across its six facilities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia through organic growth and strategic developments.
Total capital deployed and committed by Amanat in 2026 now exceeds AED 285 million, which includes the CHG acquisition and a 70-bed, AED 100 million expansion project at Cambridge Hospital Jeddah.
