The Company’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce the resolutions of its first meeting during the new Board term, held on 03-01-1448H corresponding to 18-06-2026G, which included the appointment of the Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman of the Board, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, the appointment of the Board Secretary, the formation of the Audit Committee, and the appointment of the Company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul). The Board of Directors resolved the following: 1. Appoint Mr. Sulaiman bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Yahya as Chairman of the Board of Directors. 2. Appoint Mr. Hamad bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Yahya as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. 3. Appoint Mr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Yahya as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. 4. Appoint Mr. Sinan bin Hassan bin Noman Al-Masoud as Secretary of the Board of Directors. 5. Form the Audit Committee. The composition of the Committee will be announced separately in compliance with the regulations and policies issued by the Capital Market Authority. 6. Appoint the Company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations. These resolutions shall become effective as of the commencement of the new Board of Directors’ term on 18 July 2026G and shall remain in effect for a period of four Gregorian years ending on 17 July 2030G. |
