Derayah Financial Co. announces the Appointment of "Shariyah Review Bureau" as the Company's Sharia Advisor

This step reflects Derayah’s commitment to upholding the highest levels of Sharia compliance by aligning with the Sharia rulings and principles.

The “Shariyah Review Bureau” will establish a Sharia Supervisory Committee consisting of the following members:

• Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Ali Elgari (Chairman of the Committee)

• Sheikh Dr. Khalid Abdullah Al-MuzainiSheikh

• Dr. Salah Fahad Al Shalhoob

In line with its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Sharia governance, the Sharia Supervisory Committee will oversee the Company's operations, its activities and conduct Sharia audits. A Sharia audit report will be issued annually to the Company's Board of Directors, evaluating the Company's adherence to Sharia principles.
