A timetable for the procedures taken or to be taken by the company to post the financial results	Takween Advanced Industries Company is working, in coordination with the external auditor, to complete the preparation of the financial statements and finalize the audit procedures, in preparation for presenting the financial statements to the Audit Committee for its review and recommendation, and subsequently to the Board of Directors for approval of both the financial statements and the Board of Directors’ report, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, with publication to follow upon Board approval.

The Company will also disclose any developments related to the delay in publishing the financial results and will promptly disclose any material developments as they arise.
