Amanat Holdings PJSC has increased its ownership in Cambridge Health Group (CHG) from approximately 87% to 90% following the acquisition of an additional 3% stake from a minority shareholder.
CHG currently operates 715 beds across six facilities in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, with a near-term strategic target to expand total capacity to over 1,000 beds.
The group reported record FY2025 financial results with revenue of AED 404 million and EBITDA of AED 100 million, followed by a 27% year-on-year revenue increase in Q1 2026.
Over AED 0.5 billion in capital has been deployed to date across the network, including the opening of the 150-bed Cambridge Hospital Khobar in late 2024 and ongoing expansions in Jeddah and Dhahran.
