| Introduction | With reference to the announcement from AlJazira Bank (the “Bank”) published on the website of the Saudi Exchange on 2/1/1448H (corresponding to 17/6/2026G) regarding the commencement of the Bank’s offer of U.S. dollar denominated additional tier 1 capital certificates (the “Certificates”) by way of an offer to eligible investors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally under its USD 1,500,000,000 Additional Tier 1 Capital Certificate Issuance Programme, the Bank would like to announce the completion of the offer of the Certificates. The settlement of the issuance of the Certificates will be on 9/1/1448H (corresponding to 24/6/2026G). |
