Introduction	Addendum Announcement from Keir International Company Regarding the Results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting Held on 26 March 2026, The Company would like to clarify the following regarding the result of Item No. (4) on the agenda of the General Assembly, which relates to the appointment of the external auditor and the determination of its fees.

Change on the Development	With reference to Item No. (4) concerning the approval of the appointment of the Company’s external auditor, “Al-Luhaidan & Al-Yahya Certified Public Accountants”, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, to examine, review and audit the Company’s interim financial statements for the period ending on 30 June 2025 and the annual financial statements for the year ending on 31 December 2025, and to determine its fees. The Company would like to inform its shareholders that the fees of the appointed external auditor amount to SAR 645,000 (six hundred and forty-five thousand Saudi Riyals), as previously indicated in the announcement of the General Assembly invitation.
