Additional Information	We would like to confirm the amendment to the text regarding the quorum for convening the general assembly as stated in the previous announcement, as follows: Previous text: "The Extraordinary General Assembly meeting shall be valid if attended by shareholders representing at least half of the company's shares enjoying voting rights. If the required quorum for this meeting is not met, a second meeting shall be held one hour after the scheduled time of the first meeting. The second meeting shall be considered valid if attended by shareholders representing at least a quarter of the company's shares with voting rights. If the required quorum for the second meeting is not met, a third meeting shall be convened following the same procedures and shall be valid with any number of shares possessing voting rights." Text after amendment: "The Ordinary General Assembly meeting shall not be valid unless attended by shareholders representing at least (25%) of the capital. If the required quorum for convening this meeting is not met, the second meeting shall be held one hour after the expiration of the specified time for convening the first meeting. The second meeting shall be valid regardless of the number of shares represented therein."
