Almasane Alkobra Mining Co. (AMAK) announces the discovery of economic mineral resources of Copper, Zinc, Gold, and Silver in Najran region.

The company commenced accelerated exploration activities across the license immediately upon obtaining the license in September 2024, drilling more than 27 thousand meters as part of an intensive drilling program that began in February 2025. Preliminary internal studies have indicated the presence of a mineral resource estimated at around 11 million tonnes, with strong potential for further resource growth, as drilling to date has covered less than 10% of the total license area.

AMAK will continue its geophysical and additional drilling programs throughout 2026 to enhance the current resource estimates, with the aim of releasing a maiden JORC-compliant Mineral Resource report in the second half of 2026, God willing.

While exploration continues, the company has also commenced Development Concept Studies aimed at developing the exploration license to a mining license. The results of these studies will be released to the market during 2026.

It is worth noting that the site is located approximately 100 kilometers from AMAK’s existing processing hub, which further strengthens the project’s future economic potential.
