| Announcement Detail | With reference to SMC Healthcare’s announcement regarding the signing of the lease agreement for its first outpatient clinic center, “SMC Clinics,” located on Prince Mohammed bin Saad bin Abdulaziz Road in the Al-Malqa district in the north-western part of Riyadh, the Company is pleased to announce the official opening and commencement of operations of SMC Clinics and the reception of patients starting on Monday, 30 Rajab 1447H, corresponding to 19 January 2026. The Company notes that all trial testing phases for the operational requirements of SMC Clinics have been successfully completed, in addition to securing the necessary medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff to commence operations. The clinics will be operated on a gradual basis, in line with operational requirements and to accommodate the expected growth in patient numbers. SMC Clinics provide comprehensive healthcare services centered on patient care through 35 outpatient clinics covering a wide range of medical specialties, including dentistry, endocrinology, pediatrics, orthopedics, ear, nose and throat (ENT), general surgery, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology, physiotherapy, and others. SMC Clinics also includes a fully integrated Urgent Care Center, providing emergency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, supported by a team of emergency medicine specialists, fully equipped treatment beds, and advanced medical equipment. Diagnostic imaging services are provided using modern imaging technologies and advanced diagnostic equipment, in accordance with the highest clinical and operational standards. SMC Clinics is also a fully integrated outpatient pharmacy, providing medications and essential medical supplies, as well as an on-site laboratory equipped with advanced diagnostic technologies. The center offers both outdoor and underground covered parking, accommodating approximately 100 vehicles. The opening of this center is part of SMC’s strategy to expand its presence in North Riyadh and enhance access to specialized care, in line with the Company’s strategic shift toward expanding outpatient services and its vision of delivering integrated healthcare excellence. The financial impact of the clinic’s operations is expected to be reflected in the Company's consolidated financial statements during the first half of 2026. |
