Saudi Telecom Company (stc) announces the latest development regarding the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Future Artificial Intelligence Company (HUMAIN) to establish a joint venture through its subsidiary, Digital Centers for Data and Telecommunications Company (Center3)

Saudi Telecom Company (stc) extended its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Future Artificial Intelligence Company (HUMAIN) for an additional six months, effective June 18, 2026.
The extension allows more time to finalize negotiations and complete regulatory and operational requirements for a proposed joint venture through stc’s subsidiary, Center3.
The parties have reported tangible progress regarding the commercial, operational, and regulatory aspects of the project since the original MoU was signed on December 18, 2025.
There is currently no material financial impact on stc resulting from this extension.
