Talabat purchased 800,000 of its own shares on July 8, 2026, at an average price of 1.216 AED per share.
Total shares acquired under the current buyback program have reached 107,650,000, representing 0.4625% of the issued capital.
The company has approximately 1,056,762,031 shares remaining for purchase under the program, which is authorized to acquire up to 5% of capital through April 12, 2028.
