• the announcement made by the Company published on the website of the Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawul) on 17/08/1444H (corresponding to 09/03/2023G), regarding the Coupon Return for the Series One of the Sukuk Issuance Programme through Sukuk Al Kathiri at 8.50% per annum fixed rate paid semi-annual (the “Sukuk”),

• the announcement made by the Company published on the website of the Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawul) on 08/09/1444H (corresponding to 30/03/2023G), regarding the completion of the offering of Series One of the Sukuk Issuance Programme through Sukuk Al Kathiri (SPE)

The company announces the date of the Fourth semi-annual distribution of sukuk returns for the period ending on 30-09-2025 AD as follows:

• Total amounts distributed: 4,344,400 SAR

• Number of Sukuk due for distribution: 100,000 Suk

• The return value of one instrument: 43.444 SAR

• Number of days until the voucher: 184 days

• Eligibility date: The Eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 26-03-1447H Corresponding to 18-09-2025 for the shareholders registered in Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the dividends distribution date.

• Eligibility for cash distributions for unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register at the end of: 30-03-1447 AH corresponding to 22-09-2025G.

• Distribution date: 08-04-1447 AH corresponding to 30-09-2025 AD
